    Step 1

    面筋先捞入面浆,再沾生粉,炸至金黄色备用。Mix gluten with batter, then coat with corn flour and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 2

    烧热3大匙油爆香调味料,加入材料(B)炒匀,加入炸脆的面筋和酸柑汁即可上碟。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, add in seasoning and (B), stir to mix, and then toss in deep fried gluten and sprinkle with lime juice.
